Gophers Add Platform Events to NCAA Schedule

The Golden Gophers had three qualify in diving events during the last day of the Zone D diving meet at Missouri.
Lexi Tenenbaum qualified on the platform when she finished third (527.30). She will compete on all three levels after qualifying for the 1-meter and the 3-meter events Monday and Tuesday.
Morgan Justus (467.70) and Mariam Khamis (411.65) also competed in the platform finals, and finished 12th and 18th overall, respectively.
Matt Barnard also qualified on the platform when he finished third (798.15). He added his third event to his NCAA Championships schedule after qualifying in 1-meter Monday and the 3-meter Tuesday. Alan LeBlang followed closely in fourth (723.15) and qualified for his second event of the NCAA tournament. LeBlang qualified in the 3-meter Tuesday.
Lucas Cooperman (301.50) and Jeremy Moser (292.80) also competed in the platform prelims earlier Wednesday.
The women's NCAA Championships will be held March 15-18, with the men's following from March 22-25, both in Indianapolis.
