Gopher Sports:
How has your time on campus and the team been so far?
Danny Yoon: It's all been a fun and great time getting to be more of a family with the team.

GS: What are you most looking forward to in your first school year and season?
DY: I'm most looking forward to making new friends and experiencing what it's like to compete against other college teams.

GS: Why did you choose the University of Minnesota?
DY: The team energy and culture is what made me feel connected and want to come here.

GS: How did you get into gymnastics?
DY: My parents wanted me to try it since I would always climb everything and jump around the house so they figured gymnastics would be a good fit.

GS: What is your favorite gymnastics memory?
DY: Qualifying to championships my freshman year in high school because it was going to be my first time competing in that higher level environment.

GS: What are your hobbies outside of gymnastics?
DY: I enjoy doing photography and videography on the side whenever I have time to.

GS: What is one thing Gopher fans should know about you?
DY: I may not be everyone's cup of tea, that's why I drink coffee.
