STARTING FIVE
• The Minnesota men's basketball team welcomes Purdue on Senior Night Tuesday. It is the final home game for five Gophers - Jarvis Johnson, Dupree McBrayer, Jordan Murphy, Matz Stockman and Brock Stull -  who will be honored pregame.
• Junior guard Amir Coffey was named the Big Ten Player of the Week on Monday, after recording his first career double-double on Thursday at Northwestern with 31 points (one shy of his career best) and a career-high 12 rebounds.. For the season, Coffey leads the Gophers and ranks 10th in the Big Ten averaging 15.2 points per game. In conference-only games, Coffey is seventh scoring 16.5 points per game. He has reached double figures 23 times this season including five games of 20 or more points.
• Center Daniel Oturu, who picked up his second Big Ten Freshman of the Week award on Feb. 25, leads all Big Ten freshmen players in rebounding (7.4 rpg), field goal percentage (55.6 percent) and blocks (1.5 bpg). He is sixth in scoring at 11.3points per game, trailed closely by fellow Gopher freshman Gabe Kalscheur (10.6 ppg) who ranks ninth. Oturu also leads all freshman with seven double-doubles, tied for sixth among all Big Ten players.
• Senior forward Jordan Murphy, a two-time Big Ten Player of the Week, is second in Big Ten play in rebounding, pulling down 10.8 boards per game, and leads in overall rebounding with 11.7 rebounds per game on the season, fifth in the nation. His 1,248 career rebounds ranks second in Big Ten Conference history. His 19 double-doubles is tied for fifth in the nation.
• With 1,705 career points, Murphy passed Kevin McHale (1,704) to move into seventh place on the Gopher career scoring list. With four points, he can tie Sam Jacobson for sixth place (1,709) and will tie Nate Mason (1,731) for fifth with 26 more points. 

SCOUTING THE BOILERMAKERS
• The Boilermakers sit atop the Big Ten standings entering the final week of the regular season, having won five straight and 13 of their last 14 games, including a Feb. 3 victory over the Gophers in West Lafayette.
• Guard Carsen Edwards leads the Big Ten and ranks 11th nationally, averaging 23.5 points per game. He is one of two double figure Purdue scorers along with Ryan Cline (11.7).
• Center Matt Haarms is leading the conference in field goal percentage (64.5) and is second in blocks (2.0).
