Krstanovic and Ljubic Recognized by ITA

TEMPE, Ariz. - A pair of regional awards were handed out to the Minnesota men's tennis program earlier this week, with Josip Krstanovic earning Most Improved Senior honors while Urban Ljubic was selected the Assistant Coach of the Year by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
Krstanovic, who finished the season ranked in the top-100, was 19-16 individually this season while spending the entire year at No. 1 singles, including two wins over nationally ranked opponents.
Ljubic, who earned the award for the fourth time since 2013, helped lead the Maroon and Gold back to the NCAA Tournament for the third straight season, and a 16-10 mark overall in dual play.
