MINNEAPOLIS- The Gopher baseball team (6-7, 1-2 Big Ten) is set to face the Kansas Jayhawks (14-1, 0-0 Big 12) for two midweek games at U.S. Bank Stadium.
Last Time Out
- The Gophers dropped the first two games of the three game series versus Purdue before bouncing back for a come from behind victory on Sunday. The Gophers were down 7-1 before coming back to win 10-8.
- Joe Sperry picked up the win on the mound after throwing 4.2 innings with three strikeouts. Seth Clausen got the save after throwing 2.2 hit less innings, striking out six.
- The Gopher offense produced 15 hits on Sunday, Hokenson and Elbeery each had three. Richter, Spanier, and Neels also each chipped in two.
