LINCOLN, Neb. – The University of Minnesota track & field program combined for five event titles to kick off the Graduate Classic at Nebraska's Bob Devaney Sports Center on Friday night with three wins on the men's side and two on the women's side.

"Both the men and women have done a good job of just being together," Director of Track & Field and Cross Country Matt Bingle said. "It's been pretty low stress and a great atmosphere with everybody taking care of everybody, buying into things, and enjoying each other. It's been a blessing, just like it has this whole year so far."
